| Download Star Trek Future Tense's ''ORIGINAL'' Movie (Pre-Mod Release) |
|
With Star Trek Future Tense nearing MOD COMPLETION (Its holding at about 85% now) Its time to reward the community that supported it for the past SEVEN Years by giving some Pre-Mod Releases. First off is the "ORIGINAL" Future Tense Movie.
Please follow this link:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=S7FZ8W9J
To download the "ORIGINAL" Future Tense movie. To run, place into the Animations folder, and double click Armada.exe to play. Disc isn't required to run. The file will be placed onto AFC and other sites for mirrors and hosts shortly. Be warned its a 180MB file!
The New Movie featured on the mod, features the new models, specials and more advanced animations. More story revealed too as I've learnt how to animate characters since making this back in 2005/6 :) Never the less, I dont want to delete 9 months worth of work and thought I'd share it with you guys. 4 Minutes of this was released on Armada2Files as a teaser a couple of years back, now's your chance to watch the Entire thing!
More details on Future Tense can be found on the Future Tense forums, and now I'm back in action, I'll be updating it with information, screenshots and more over the next few days.
Enjoy!
Adam

We had to make changes to the forum due to spam bots killing the forums. We all are now require to type in security code to login to the site. Sorry but this is needed to keep the forum clean. If a forum is locked please let us know so it can be unlocked, PM 1 of our admin to fix it. Major payne locked it and im not sure what he locked.
New Members will be sent notice when joining site and you must confirm you want to be a member of this site. This will also help stop spam bots. Any problems let me know. |

Please can all members be advised that for the next few weeks certain things will be set to change. I'm taking it upon myself over the coming time to go through the entire forums and move, delete or couple together threads which are needed to be edited. Be advised that this will effect such things as post count and deletion of unecessary threads. We will also be attempting to sort through the downloads database and add missing images etc.etc. so bethis is an advisory statement. |

| Reminder of Rule Additions |
|
We'll dispense with the introductions for the moment while we focus on some things that have been going on lately, such as the fact that the rules have been updated as of a month ago. The link to the updated rules is here: Rule Additions........EVERYONE READ..
In addition to the above, there are a few other issues which the administration will be combating, such as the spamming of the link submitting system. Links submitted into the wrong categories, such as advertising non-Armada sites in the Armada section, will be dealt with by banning of the submitter's email address and/or related account (through cross-referencing). Under no circumstances are such links to be posted in those sections unless they are related to what category they are going into. In addition, advertisements for anything unrelated or irrelevant to the content of the link category is prohibited along with anything such as Viagra, Casinos, Gambling, or anything else that falls into the category of "You should not post this at all". This list of original forum posting rules in this thread is mostly just a guideline for the forum, but for all sections of this site it is an excellent guide to show you what you probably can and cannot do here. If you choose not to follow them, you can end up barred from the site permanently. Repeat offenses beyond that will result in reporting your activities, depending upon the content you choose to submit for things such as links.
Abuse of the Broken Links system is also becoming a concern. Files that are not broken links are somehow being submitted as being "broken" although they are not. It is an attempt at tricking people into thinking there are broken links. Although most broken link submissions are accurate, or have been in the past, some recent submissions of the Broken Links System were not. Spam of any kind must be dealt with. It lowers the quality of the content and fills otherwise useful website real estate with useless information.
This is a community founded on the belief of helping people with their problems in modding or gaming with the Star Trek Armada series and lately, Star Trek: Legacy. Posting spam or abusing this site's error-tracking systems and link submissions introduces a counter-productive element into that community and for the fairness of all those here, such abuse will be dealt with by warnings, account suspensions, or account banning through any number of methods.
Thank you for reading this announcement. Have a safe, happy, and productive Holiday! |
